Our air source heat pump was installed by Jack, Lee and Shaun. Their working ethic is absolutely second to none. It took three days to complete and simply looks like it’s always been there. We live in a bungalow with little storage therefore the tank was installed in the loft. The heating side - we can’t comment yet, not needed to use it but for hot water it’s brilliant. No difference to our combi boiler. We’ve needed to adapt our way of thinking - think back to hot water tank days but better. Jack, Lee and Shaun most definitely know their stuff - it’s like watching strictly come dancing crossed with plumbing, heating and electrics!! Seamlessly flow together. The system install is neat and professional. When the guys left - they cleaned and cleared everywhere they’d been. Hand over for the system was robust and informative - in terms that we understood. Ecofueled are on hand should we need them for any follow up questions.
The heat pump went live three days ago and we can already see the difference in our energy bills.
Ecofueled is definitely the company you want for your installation. They have awesome crews, fantastic customer service and competitive pricing.

From first contact to meeting Shaun for the assessment and quote, to finalising completion, the team at EcoFueled have been amazing.
We moved from an oil system to an ASHP with solar and battery.
The team in the office were always available to chat through ideas and the team were accommodating to some specifics we had.
Everyone involved was knowledgable and those on site also worked relentlessly to get the whole system completed on schedule.
The system is running beautifully and our outgoing energy costs are slashed!

Look at several company’s to replace my heat pump and upgrade radiators some didn’t even get back to me deal with EcoFueled has been a pleasure they have been very professional from the off very competitive pricing for good quality products. On install day the team that came to do install again professional and got straight to work, clean and tidy which is something you can’t always say about trades men. Once job was complete hand over was in-depth explaining well the new controls. I will be using them again to service the heating. Great job thanks guys

EcoFueled installed an air source heat pump system at my house just over a year ago and have recently carried out an annual servicing. Very satisfied with them.

One thing I'd particularly highlight as a positive is that their servicing package, as well as being very competitively priced, INCLUDES re-dosing of Glycol anti-freeze. I initially did my servicing through another company at they were about thirty pounds cheaper (which I assumed was because they were more local and had less far to travel) but afterwards they quoted me an additional three hundred pounds just to top up the glycol levels.

So I very highly rate EcoFueled, especially for their annual servicing of ASHP.

We have had our Midea air source heat pump installed since September. We live in a 1950s semi, therefore it doesn’t have modern installation. The heat pump has dealt with wind rain and very cold weather this winter and has kept the house comfortably warm. The team that did the installation were hard working and extremely polite.

In December 2025 my Wife and I decided we would convert our house to 99% S0LAR POWER.
We already have 20 solar panels and we decided to have a Heat Pump installed.
I purchased a further 8 Solar Panels to help power the heat pump.
We chose EcoFueled of Poole to carry out the work.
Our house was warmed by a gas warm air system and hot water was via a gas water heater.
This was a very big job as EcoFueled had to remove the old gas warm air unit and water heater system.
6 new radiators and pipe work then had to be installed.
Eco Fueled also supplied the Heat Pump, water tank, all necessary pipe work for the pump and electrics for operating the system.
The job took 4 days and all staff were very professional in carrying out the work.
Nothing was to much trouble for them and the house was left very tidy after each days work.
We were very impressed by the standard of work.
The paperwork from their office was promptly sent out and all necessary documents sent to us.
Everything is working and providing the heat we require this winter 24/7.
We fully recommend the company 5 ***** Star.
( We retained one gas fire and a gas hob in our dining room /kitchen)

I recently had EcoFueled install an air source heat pump and the service from start to finish was brilliant.

Firstly, Callum was extremely helpful over the phone and took the time to explain how a heat pump would work in my home. He gave me an estimate which I was surprised by, as it was much cheaper than I was expecting. Because of this, I arranged a full on-site survey.

They sent a guy called David out, who I later found out is actually the owner of the company, which makes sense as he said he’s been a heating engineer since leaving school. His knowledge really helped me make my decision, and I was happy to see the price stayed the same when the full quotation came through.

We went ahead with the install and the fitting team were clean, tidy, and got everything completed within 3 days from start to finish. David then returned to carry out a full handover.

Abi from the office rang the next morning to check we were happy with everything, which we were.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EcoFueled to friends or family and I’m looking forward to seeing how it performs over the next 12 months.

Great service from the start to installing my air source heat pump. Turned up on time, very tidy and explained how the new system worked.

David from Ecofuled was absolutely brilliant. Our heat pump broke down and he dealt with everything under warranty quickly and professionally. While it was being repaired, he kindly provided heaters, which was a huge help. He kept me fully up to date throughout the whole process and clearly explained what was happening. After the repair, he also checked in to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent service from start to finish — knowledgeable, reliable, and highly recommended.

We live in Reading and have had our boiler replaced with a Mitsubishi heat pump making use of the government voucher of £7.500 which made the heat pump hardly any more expensive than a new boiler. Ecofuled with David, Abi and Harry have been very friendly and professional. Dom installed the cylinder in the attic and heat pump outside together with Harry and their work has been brilliant. We now have extra space in the kitchen since the boiler is gone and a completely free airing cupboard which we can use for storage.
We also had 10 radiators replaced because ours were very old. The team tried to fulfil all our wishes and do everything the way we wanted it at no extra cost. There were a few communication issues. So, it is best if you know exactly what you want and know what you need to ask. But all in all we are very happy with the results and if we go for solar panels in the future we will ask Ecofuled to install them.

We couldn't be more delighted with our experience of working with David, Amy and the rest of the team. We were deep into our house extension and full refurb when we decided to explore the idea of heat pumps & solar. David stopped by within hrs of the first call to the office and walked us through the possibilities and whether our house would be a good candidate. David instils a lot of confidence with his obvious experience and expertise so we asked for a proposal for both air source and solar. When it came to install, the guys onsite were professional and polite, and communication throughout was superb. The system has worked perfectly since commissioning and David has stopped by to make sure we were using the system in the most efficient way. His patience for stupid client questions is appreciated 🙂 We wouldn't hesitate to recommend EcoFuelled to anyone thinking of making the switch to Air Source and other renewable solutions.

A superb company.

I had an emergency problem with a water heater that stopped working. In spite of short notice, David fitted me in. Within a couple of days a new heater was efficiently installed, the old one removed with everything left clean and tidy. Thank you very much.

Wow, what can I say !!! Absolutely brilliant service. I noticed that my water wasn't as hot as normal on Tuesday of this week. Wednesday it was none existent. I contacted my landlord who contacted EcoFueled. She asked me to contact them direct to explain the problem and send photos of the water heater. EcoFueled communicated directly with me. This morning 2 lovely lads arrived at 0745 and by 1000 I had a new heater fitted and working. The lads were absolutely brilliant, got on with the job, with no major disruption to me, and they tidied up when they'd finished. I can't recommend EcoFueled highly enough. Thank you so much.

Updated the bathroom in our bungalow which involved extensive work on concrete floor to bury pipework. Work started on time and continued to completion. All workers were personable, polite and took care. The resulting bathroom is beyond our expectations. We cannot praise them enough. After completion there was a small problem with the toilet which was fixed without fuss first thing the following morning after informing them.
