Nicola and Gareth renovated and doubled the size of their family home in Poole, Dorset. Their gas boiler couldn’t cope with the larger home, and once they compared the cost of a bigger boiler with an air source heat pump (including the government grant), the choice was clear. We designed and installed a Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump with a pre-plumbed hot water cylinder, providing reliable heating and constant hot water for a growing family. The system was integrated with a smart app, allowing Nicola and Gareth to easily create profiles such as “Upstairs Winter” to manage different zones of the home.
